Enter Snakes of Russia, Joseph Holiday's brainchild, featuring 'Death Beats'-a blend of electronic music with timeless appeal. His journey began with the 'At Home Alone With Lions' EP, leading to remixes, film collaborations, and gigs for Ableton and Spitfire Audio. Now, his debut LP 'True Surrender' takes center stage, a collaboration with metal producer Kurt Ballou. Recorded at God City studio in Salem, MA, it explores a heavier, textured sound, blending synths with guitar amps and drum machines. While the creative process began at God City, Joseph's home studio in LA played a vital role in refining and completing the production stages. The final touch came from Justin Weis at Trakworx Mastering in San Francisco, ensuring impeccable preservation of every sonic contour and emotional essence.
