The first release on Freerotation brings together 4 core residents, JuJu, Jordash, Move D and Soulphiction with the organizer of the festival Steevio in a joint project of live hardware jam sessions. The High on Wye Quintet: 5 men, a modular synthesizer and a mountain of hardware, crammed into Steevios bijou studio in the Welsh Hills for 2 days after Freerotation 2012. They had one ambition, to somehow transmute the energy from a weekend of heavy partying and performing, into a live improvised album of tripped out, ambient and deep techno. The result: The Hafod Jams (in several parts).
