First discovered by Mary Anne Hobbs in 2013 London based IYDES has silently been working on his debut EP until the timing was perfect. His PHASE EP draws its textural DNA from contemporary UK electronica and a broad spectrum of modern club music. The four tangled and immersive work-outs on his PHASE EP push an infrastructure of crumbling grime-infused drum patterns on a Techno trajectory, whilst slabs of deteriorated synth and sampled vocal coalesce amongst tremors of subterranean bass. This vinyl edition is cut & mastered by Sam John (Mount Kimbie, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Little Dragon, Aphex Twin, ...) and wrapped in a full colour 12" cover.
